Choose to repeat your favorites often, or dine for weeks without eating the same dish! Mix and match your selected entrees and side dishes as you wish! There’s something to please everyone at your table. The only decision to make is: Which meal will you savor tonight?

On the Plate

Beef Stew with Stout Hearty stew of grass-fed beef (Black River Meats/North Springfield VT) and New England root vegetables simmered in a tomato sauce featuring Brown’s Oatmeal Stout (Brown’s Brewing/Albany NY).
 
Maple Pecan Chicken with Dijon Dipping SauceDelightfully crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, these chicken breasts (Misty Knoll Farm/ New Haven VT) are served with a sweet and tangy maple Dijon dipping sauce.

Asian Garden Chicken SoupVegetables including green cabbage, Bok choy, snow peas and mushrooms simmered with morsels of chicken (Misty Knoll Farm/New Haven VT) and glass noodles in a ginger-soy bone broth, with just a hint of lime.  

Walnut Rosemary Encrusted SalmonMoist and flaky sustainably raised salmon topped with a flavorful ensemble of honey, Dijon, rosemary and Tierra Farms walnuts. 

Chicken Cacciatore What could be better at the end of a cold day? Flavorful chicken thighs (Misty Knoll Farm/New Haven VT) slowly simmered with mushrooms, roasted red peppers, white wine and herbs in a hearty tomato sauce. 

Bolognese SophiaChunky and hearty with morsels of grass-fed ground beef (Black River Meats/North Springfield VT) and the flavorful tang of parmigiano reggiano. For those who enjoy a serious MEAT sauce! 

Spiced Pork Tenderloin – Regionally raised pork tenderloin coated with southwestern seasonings and roasted to tender perfection. 

Chicken Pesto Meatballs with MarinaraHerbed chicken (Misty Knoll Farm/New Haven VT) meatballs slowly simmered in a simple yet delicious marinara sauce. 

Pesto “Pasta”Basil and arugula pesto tossed with your choice of spaghetti squash, zucchini or Pasta City pasta noodles and sprinkled with parmesan. 

Balsamic Marinated London Broil – Locally farmed beef (Sweet Tree Farm/Carlisle NY) marinated with garlic, balsamic, honey and herbs. Pair with Traditional Colcannon or Harvest Vegetable Orzo. 

A Pig in the OrchardWarm spiced cinnamon apples over a lightly seasoned,  juicy boneless pork chop.

Mac & Jake – Pasta City Pasta baked in a creamy white sauce featuring cheese from Jakes Gouda Cheese (Deansboro NY).

Roasted Cranberry Buttercup SquashA festive mix of warmly seasoned orange squash tossed with ruby-red cranberries. 

Green Bean Pilaf Green beans with lemon zest, garlic and pine nuts nestled in tender brown rice. 

Scalloped Potatoes ala JakeSliced potatoes baked in a thyme laced creamy sauce featuring the tang of aged gouda from Jakes Gouda Cheese (Deansboro NY).

Sweet Bunny Tender, roasted baby carrots in a bright honey (Rulison Farms/Amsterdam NY) and citrus glaze.

Traditional Colcannon This comforting blend of russet potatoes swirled with chopped cabbage and bacon (Black River Meats/Springfield VT) is the perfect accompaniment for beef, pork or stew. 

Warm Kale with Spicy Chickpeas Seasoned wilted kale sprinkled with crunchy southwestern-spiced and roasted chickpeas.  

Ceasar SaladA crunchy mix of chopped romaine and kale tossed with tangy caesar dressing and freshly made buttered croutons.

Sautéed Cabbage Slightly crunchy and vibrant green cabbage with caraway and honey (Rulison Farms/Amsterdam NY).  

Spiced Maple Sweet Potato Wedges Who said a sweet potato can’t have everything? A tasty combination of smokey, sweet and spicy featuring maple syrup from Coombs Family Farm (Brattleboro VT).

Parsleyed “Noodles”Because noodles have evolved! Your choice of  spaghetti squash, rice noodles, zucchini noodles, or pasta by Flour City Pasta, infused with nutrient dense bone broth, seasoned and sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley. On the side or as a base layer for soups or stews. Sometimes simple is best!
