Bacon, Spinach and Mushroom Breakfast Casserole – Start your day off right with this warm, protein powered casserole featuring organic eggs (Eight Mile Creek Farm/Westerlo NY) and bacon (Black River Meats/North Springfield VT). Perfect with fresh fruit on the side!

Kick Start Breakfast Casserole – Regionally hand crafted chorizo dancing with peppers, onions, chili and cumin in this southwestern inspired organic egg (Eight Mile Creek Farm/Westerlo NY) casserole. Serve with sliced avocado.

Chai Spiced Granola – Almonds, pecans and assorted seeds enhanced by the warm scents and flavors of ginger, cinnamon and cardamom.

Gingerbread Granola – Almonds, pecans and coconut with maple syrup, black strap molasses, cloves and ginger.

Strawberry Almond Granola – Almonds, raisins and dried strawberries with a touches of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Coconut Cacao Nib Granola – A chocolate lovers treat! Assorted nuts and seeds with flaked coconut and antioxidant rich cacao nibs.
